What if I cancel because of an emergency?

If you need to cancel your reservation due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and explain your situation. The standard cancellation rules will still apply unless we agree otherwise. However, early communication allows us the opportunity to review what can reasonably be done for your specific reservation.
